This concert is a tribute to a long-time friend and colleague, Karel Husa. The program is only a sampling of his excellent list of chamber music compositions. Husa was appointed a lecturer in composition at Ithaca College in 1967, and was the Kappa Alpha Professor of Music Emeritus at Cornell from 1954 to 1992.
