Commencement Weekend Planned for July 31 - August 2, 2020

Please know that this online celebration is not a replacement for your in-person commencement. We realize that nothing can replace such a treasured tradition – and we are currently planning to hold an August Commencement experience that celebrates and honors you and your loved ones. The Commencement ceremony itself will be held Sunday, August 2. On Friday, July 31, and Saturday, August 1, we will hold our special celebrations, such as the Campus Life Awards, Seniors of Color Reception, and First-Generation Graduate Reception. The graduate hooding ceremony will be held on Saturday afternoon. These commencement weekend plans are firm unless New York State is still not permitting large gatherings. We will make a final determination on August Commencement by July 1.
