Program Requirements

The Ithaca College Leadership Scholarship is renewable throughout a Scholar's undergraduate experience provided that they maintain a 2.75 cumulative GPA, attend required program meetings 1-2 times per semester, be involved in at least one student group or team on campus, participate in one service project per semester, and participate in three leadership workshops per semester.

Leadership Scholars are involved in their choice of a variety of student organizations, teams, and selective positions on campus.

All Leadership Scholars will actively contribute to the community each semester via volunteer work or activism.

Leadership Scholars participate in personal and professional development workshops or conference days each semester.

Each semester, scholars build an ePortfolio of leadership experiences and present their achievements to peers and IC staff.

Scholars get a peer mentor when they enter the program and wrap up their senior year with a leadership capstone presentation.
