All are invited to experience meditation at noon in Muller Chapel on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. No experience is necessary; guidance is always offered. Cushions are available, and you may come and go as you wish. After the meditation ends at 12:30, there will be the opportunity for discussion until 12:45. Join us on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 12:15 PM for Yoga in the Chapel in the Gathering Hall led by Elyse Nepa. This class consists of connecting breath and body, aligning the physical and mental and balancing stillness with gentle movement. All are welcome, no prior experience required and bring your own mats if you have one. We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday!
