Your Home at Ithaca College

As a residential college with several on-campus housing options, the IC campus is a place you can call home. In each of our residence halls, you'll find spaces to study, cook, have meaningful discussions, unwind, and make memories.

Off-Campus Application Process 2021-2022

Ithaca College has a three year on campus residency requirement for students and all non-senior students are required to live on campus. Please do not sign a lease unless you have written approval from the Office of Residential Life.

2021-2022 Process Update (9/22/2020)

With the complexities of the pandemic, the ability to project enrollment and on-campus occupancy for Fall 2021 is currently not feasible. More time is needed to investigate if there is a need for an off-campus application process for the 2021-22 academic year. We hope to have an update by the end of the Fall 2020 semester.
