Your Home at Ithaca College

With guaranteed housing every year for undergraduates, the IC campus is a place you can call home. In each of our residence halls and apartment communities, find spaces to study, have meaningful discussions, hang out, unwind, and make memories.

In the First-Year Residential Experience and Residential Learning Communities, discover ways to meet and collaborate with mentors and peers where you live, such as faculty presentations and group social events. Right outside your doorstep you can learn, work on projects, immerse yourself in nature, and explore.

Off-Campus Housing

As a residential college, Ithaca College has a three year residency requirement for students and all non-senior students are required to live on campus. Students are advised not to sign a lease unless you have written approval from the Office of Residential Life.
