Nourishing Self (formerly Peace with Self & Food)

Nourishing Self is a support group that allows for an open discussion around food, eating, and body image.

Body image. Self-worth. Worry about weight and appearance. Feeling like too much or not enough. Distress around food, eating, exercise. This group allows open discussion about these issues, underlying concerns, and creating a more peaceful relationship with ourselves.

New members are welcome to join anytime throughout the semester. If you are interested, please call for a brief individual meeting with the facilitator to discuss the group and how it can support you in your goals.
