Group Exercise

All of our group exercise classes are offered free of charge and open to all members of the Ithaca College campus community. Class sign-ups are available online at recreation.ithaca.edu and at the Fitness Center front desk 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. There are a limited number of slots available for each class so please arrive early if possible. The schedule listed below will begin on Monday 3/19/18, and run through Friday 5/4/18.
