Group Exercise

All of our group exercise classes are offered free of charge and open to all members of the Ithaca College campus community. Class sign-ups are available 12 hours in advance online at recreation.ithaca.edu and at the Fitness Center front desk. There are a limited number of slots available for each class so please arrive early.  You can now sign up for classes on our website, for a walk through, see this video! Make sure to sign in with your Netpass credentials.  The schedule listed below will be in effect from 10/23/17 - 12/15/17.

Inner Strength class registrations are a two day per week commitment for 6 weeks.  Block 2 Inner Strength classes will begin on Tuesday 10/31/17.
