Group Exercise

All of our group exercise classes are offered free of charge and open to all members of the Ithaca College campus community. Class sign-ups are available online at recreation.ithaca.edu and at the Fitness Center front desk 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. There are a limited number of slots available for each class so please arrive early if possible. Enjoy!
