Group Exercise

All of our group exercise classes are offered free of charge and open to all members of the Ithaca College campus community. Class sign-ups are available online at recreation.ithaca.edu and at the Fitness Center front desk 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. There are a limited number of slots available for each class so please arrive early if possible. The Fall 2018 group exercise schedule will be available in mid-August, but for an example of class times and the types of classes we typically offer please see below for the Spring 2018 schedule.
