Hi, my name is Eileen Roth , and I serve as the Assistant Director for Residential Education here at Ithaca College. In my role, I oversee all of our Residential Learning Communities (RLCs) and Theme Living programs across campus.
I believe that engagement is one of the most important parts of the college experience. When students take part in programs, events, and community activities, they not only form lasting friendships but also grow academically, socially, and personally. My goal is to help create spaces where every student can find a sense of belonging, connection, and purpose in their living environment.
