About Me

I help Ithaca College students translate who they are into where they’re going — integrating career engagement strategy, technology, and meaningful self-reflection. After beginning my career in Residential Life, I have spent the past 26 years in the Center for Career Exploration & Development, working across disciplines to support students as they navigate purpose, profession, and possibility.

I have taught more than 20 undergraduate courses in both the School of Business and the Honors Program. These classroom experiences continue to inform my work, connecting professional skill development with broader questions of identity, ethics, and lifelong learning.

Beyond my primary role, I have contributed to the governance and long-term direction of the College, serving as a full voting Trustee and co-chairing Ithaca College’s Middle States reaccreditation initiative. I also serve as Treasurer of the Staff Council. These experiences reflect my commitment to institutional stewardship, shared governance, and strategic sustainability.

Professionally, I am a past President of the Eastern Association of Colleges & Employers (EACE) and currently President-Elect of the Central New York Career Development Association. My broader community involvement includes nonprofit board leadership and local civic service as an elected councilmember, reflecting my belief that education and public responsibility are deeply interconnected.

Outside of the College, I pursue creative work in writing, music, and film, reflecting my long-standing interest in storytelling and the role creativity plays in shaping identity.

I am a two-time graduate of Binghamton University, earning an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Psychology and Cinema.
