This is us.
Engage. Educate. Empower. Innovate.

Our Center is focused on supporting students in their journey to better connect their lived experiences to larger ideals of Inclusion Diversity Equity and Social Change (IDEAS). We empower marginalized students by creating culturally validating spaces. Through educational opportunities, we aim to expand the global perspective of Ithaca College Students.

As a college community, we value equity and inclusion and work to develop capable global citizens. We welcome the opportunity to connect and look forward to supporting you throughout your journey at Ithaca College and beyond.

COVID-19 Updates from Our Office (October 2022):

The Center for IDEAS Staff will continue supporting students, by working both in-person and remotely throughout the Fall 2022 semester- Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

While the institution remains under a Green operation status, the IDEAS Student Lounge and African Latino Society (ALS) lounges will be accessible to students. Under our current COVID-19 operations policy, we will continue to monitor news related to the health and safety of our community, and adjust as needed.

For all our COVID-19 resources, please check out the link below for our current resource pages-

While we move forward with a full in person semester, these tools will continue to remain accessible for our community and we strongly encourage our students to look into them as needed.

If there are any questions regarding our office during this hybrid phase or COVID-19 resources you'd like to see from us in the future, please contact us via our staff and office information provided below!
