Qualtrics
The Project Management and Process Innovation team within IT and Analytics manages Qualtrics and other survey and form tools available to IC students, faculty, and staff.
- Visit the Request Software/License Assistance IT Knowledge Base article to request an IC Qualtrics account, request an extention of access to your account (students), or get help with an IC Qualtrics account access problem (click on the General Software Support button)
