Service adjustments as follows:

AFTER SPRING MOVE-OUT and DURING SUMMER

STUDENTS LIVING IN ON-CAMPUS HOUSING will continue to receive mail and packages through IC Mail Service's smart parcel locker system.

  • NOTE regarding the college's summer Friday closure (5/28 - 8/6):  Student package deliveries will still be received at the Mail Center and processed to lockers for pickup as normal (except on the 6/18 Juneteenth Holiday). No other mailing services will be available during Friday closures.

STUDENTS WHO DO NOT LIVE IN ON-CAMPUS HOUSING cannot receive mail and packages through IC Mail Services

  • All mail and packages addressed to non-campus residents will be Returned to the Sender or, if eligible per USPS regulations, readdressed and Forwarded to the student’s address on record. 

ADVANCE SHIPPING FOR FALL SEMESTER

  • IC Mail Service will only accept advance shipments of student's Fall belongings late in the summer (exact date to be announced - anticipated start before the end of July). Items received prior to this period will automatically be Returned to the Sender as noted above.
