Our live workouts are open to all members of the Ithaca College Community. To join the Stretch & Core workout Wellness Clinic members check your email for for the Zoom log-in link, meeting ID, and password. Not a Wellness Clinic member? Stretch & Core includes a general body warm-up, stretch, and core workout. Warm-up is about 5 minutes followed by 20 minute stretch and 20 minute core workouts. After class Jen is happy to connect and answer any exercise, nutrition, health or wellness questions! Please note: Class will NOT be held on Monday, July 13th and Thursday, July 16th.
