The THRIVE Resiliency Building Pyramid is a colorful and helpful way for us to think about our wellness. On the bottom of the pyramid you have move your body, eat well, get good sleep, and balance substance use. The next level is connect with others, connect with nature, and have fun and play. The next level has us adopt a growth mindset and practice mindfulness. The top level has us find our purpose.
