The Impact of Family

"Family life can be sometimes better and sometimes worse. Generally, I'm lucky with my children. At least at the moment, everything is going smoothly (...) School isn’t easy when it comes to interacting with people—it's exhausting, very exhausting. And you need an environment at home where you don't have problems as well. Otherwise, it really becomes very exhausting—too exhausting (...) Family also takes a lot of energy. What I notice, on the other hand, is that I think I've become a much better teacher since having children, because I understand much more about what happens in families and the pressures parents are under (...) It's given me a better understanding also of how much I can actually expect from children. So I think I've become more lenient, a bit, in the way I act with them."
