Virtual Office Hours

Zoom-based drop-in advising is offered once a week throughout the fall and spring semesters at either the Tuesday or Thursday noon hour.

Whether you have one question or many, connect anytime within the 50-minute window listed, and a study abroad adviser will be waiting to speak with you.  Be sure to bring specific questions, as this is not a presentation but a time to get your questions answered.

Once you connect to the Zoom advising session you'll either be admitted right away to speak with the adviser, or placed in the Zoom waiting room and will be admitted once the adviser is available.

Feel free to join for drop-in advising on as many dates as you wish.

Students looking for study abroad advising outside of the drop-in advising times are welcome to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a study abroad adviser at a time that is convenient for you.

SPRING 2026

  • Our Drop-in Advising schedule for Spring 2026 will begin in the second half of February - check back here for specific dates. In the meantime, you can come to one of the Study Abroad Advising & Application Open Houses or the Study Abroad Application Clinic.  You can also schedule a one-on-one appointment with a study abroad adviser at a time that is convenient for you.
