Ithaca College currently has one federally registered trademark, “Ithaca College,” and in the summer of 2011 launched a licensing and trademark enforcement program to help protect this trademark.
This program is a critical component of our overall branding initiative. Federal protection of all of our logo marks, including the IC athletics identity system, is also currently being pursued with filings pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
