A Support Group for Those Grieving the Loss of Someone Close to Them
Grief, whether new or with us for years, can make us feel alone and disconnected.
We invite you to reconnect and join others holding similar losses. A gentle combination of spiritual*, creative, and emotional wellbeing work, this space is for everyone. Knowing how large grief can be, we will learn and practice ways to hold it and be held, together.
| Every Other Tuesday, 4:15 – 5:30pm; Phillips Room, Muller |
| September 1st, 15th, and 29th October 13th November 3rd and 17th December 1st |
**New participants may join us at any point in the semester, except for the final session.
This group is a collaboration between The Office of Spiritual & Religious Life and CAPS. If you have questions or wish to request accommodations, please contact Amy Whitney awhitney@ithaca.edu or Lauren Kelly Benson lkbenson@ithaca.edu.
*Please note that the spiritual element will be accessible, interfaith, and fully consensual – you will not be asked to pray or believe anything outside of your own practices. You do not need a spiritual or religious practice or belief to join us.
