Payroll Services

The goal of the Payroll Office at Ithaca College is to strive for complete, accurate and timely processing of all payroll related activities. We are responsible for all direct deposits, payroll tax withholdings, and voluntary and involuntary payroll deductions for staff, faculty and students.

Bi-Weekly Payroll Schedule

Employees in non-exempt positions are paid by the hour and receive paychecks every other Friday.

Semi-Monthly Payroll Schedule

Employees in exempt positions are paid twice per month: the pay schedule is the 15th and the last day of each month or on the last regular business day preceding these dates when they fall on a holiday or weekend.

Parnassus is an integrated set of business applications used for Human Resources and Financial Services. All faculty, staff and student employees have access to Parnassus self-service and can enter timecards, view paycheck information, benefit information, tax information and personal information, including update home address.

Sign up for Direct Deposit and have access to your paycheck as soon as pay day comes. Simply fill out the direct deposit form or go into Parnassus Employee Self Service and sign up for it today! By providing some basic banking information Ithaca College can route your paycheck directly into your bank account! Click the help documents below for more information!
