Payroll & Student Employment

The goal of the Payroll Office at Ithaca College is to strive for complete, accurate and timely processing of all payroll related activities. We are responsible for all direct deposits, payroll tax withholdings, and voluntary and involuntary payroll deductions for staff, faculty and students. We also oversee HR Operations for student employees.

Payroll Schedule

Bi-Weekly Payroll Schedule
Non-exempt positions are paid by the hour and receive paychecks every other Friday.

Semi-Monthly Payroll Schedule
Exempt positions are paid twice per calendar month, generally on the 15th and last day of the month.

Ithaca College Holiday Schedule

The holiday schedule is revised and reissued annually. The list of usual holidays include Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days), Winter Holiday (5-7 days), Spring Holiday, and Memorial Day. More specific information regarding Holiday Time can be found in the policy manual.
