VARIABLE DATA INFORMATION:

Variable data printing is a printing method that allows for changes in text, graphics, and images from one printed piece to the next without interrupting the printing process. This is accomplished using information from a database or external file. For example, personalized postcards can be printed, each featuring the same basic layout but displaying a different name and address.

Similarly, brochures can be printed for multiple students, with each student's brochure showcasing different images. The printer does not need to stop for each setup, enabling simultaneous production—resulting in mass production with personalized customization.
