Residence Halls

If you were to ask five current students, "Where is the best place to live on campus?" you'd likely get five different answers. The variety of personal preferences is one reason why Ithaca College (IC) offers many different living options on campus. These include single, double, triple, and 4-person rooms in Quads, Terraces, Towers and Emerson and several styles of apartments in Circles and Gardens.

Each residence hall at IC has at least one kitchenette that is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, range, and microwave oven, a self-service laundry facility, and one or more lounges. Each apartment area has a self-service laundry facility as well.

The Towers

Available housing for first-year and upper year students. Single and double rooms in East and West Towers.

Available for upper year students. Apartment sizes range from 2-person studios to 4 or 6-person apartments with double rooms.

All residence halls and apartments at IC are smoke free. No one is permitted to smoke in any room, apartment, lounge, hallway, stairwell, laundry facility, kitchen, bathroom, or balcony within a campus residence hall including the Circle and Garden Apartments.
