Housing in London is arranged by the Ithaca College London Center.
All ICLC students will be housed in double rooms. We work with SAS to try to provide single rooms for students who have accommodations already arranged at home campus, but we cannot guarantee singles.
Rooms may be in studios (shared by 2 students) or in 2- or 3-bedroom flats (shared by 4 to 6 students).
Housing in London is in short supply and high demand and we strive to provide the best possible accommodations for all students.
Students will receive the London Housing Agreement form in which they can put roommate requests and we do our best to honour those requests.
If you do not request a roommate, one will be assigned to you based on the preferences you provide in the London Housing Agreement form, which can be found on Terradotta after acceptance.
All housing is located within a 60-minute commute via Tube to Gloucester Road station, the closest stop to ICLC. While we try to minimize commute times where possible, remember that you're coming to London to live like a Londoner—very few people here have a commute shorter than 45 to 60 minutes.
All housing includes one or two bathrooms, a kitchen or kitchenette, and a dining table within the flat or studio, along with access to common areas in the building. Bedding, basic kitchenware, and weekly cleaning services will be provided.
A non-refundable $500 deposit to confirm your participation, as well as a $500 housing deposit, will be due following your acceptance to the program:
- For Fall semesters: confirmation of participation deposit is due 3 weeks after application deadline, and housing deposit is due 10 weeks after application deadline.
For Spring semesters: confirmation of participation deposit due 10 weeks after application deadline, and housing deposit due 6 months after application deadline.
