Allaire has been accepted into a 10-month apprenticeship with Public Allies, an AmeriCorps program. Through this program, she will be working with the Seed Foundation as a Program Associate. Currently, the Seed Foundation is building their 4th college-prep boarding school in South Los Angeles, CA, for resilient youth. Allaire's responsibilities include learning the different aspects of opening a school while helping them stay on track to open in Fall 2022.
