IC HR Cloud Implementation

Our ICHR system (Parnassus) is moving to the cloud!

The IC HR Cloud applications are designed to work in harmony with each other and with Ithaca College’s needs, offering us a comprehensive, integrated system that will provide our employees with a more efficient way to achieve excellence and fully focus on our student’s success.  

This new system is built on current best practices, and provides a modern, mobile friendly platform with icon-based navigation, that will enhance the user experience and the way we perform Human Resource transactions. Once the implementation is complete, all HR transactions, including recruiting, will take place in IC HR Cloud.

This website is designed to provide information on what will be changing, the timeframe of changes, and how you can prepare for these changes with support and training.

PLEASE NOTE: Manager Self-Service will be unavailable beginning close of business on March 5th and will remain unavailable until IC HR Cloud is live. During this time, all manager requests should be submitted through the HR Request Form

Accessing IC HR Cloud

Initially, you will access the new system via a link in Parnassus or apps.ithaca.edu.  IC HR Cloud will use Single-Sign On (with Duo multi-factor authentication), so you will use your Netpass credentials to login.

Please note: We will NEVER send you a link via email to login to IC HR Cloud.  However, we will continue to provide information via Intercom, and we will notify all campus users via email when IC HR Cloud has launched.
