Hours, Through 4/10:

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am - 7:00 pm
  • Friday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Sunday: Noon - 5:00 pm


The IT Service Desk provides telephone, email and walk-in support for faculty, staff and students, for a wide variety of technology areas:

  • Account problems—including password resets (bring your ID)
  • IC software and online applications
  • Hardware and printing
  • Internet and Wi-Fi
  • Telephones and voicemail
  • Loaner equipment for faculty and staff
  • System outage information
  • And more!
