Women Leaders Series 2026

The 14th annual Women Leaders Series offers a month of personal and professional development programs designed to enhance opportunities for college women student leaders. The theme for 2026 is The Joy in the Journey! All of the programs offered in this annual series are free and open to all current Ithaca College students. Be sure to register for workshops on IC Engage for Student Leadership Institute credit.

March 10, 1-2pm: Test your knowledge of self-care and wellness topics, including sleep, stress, physical activity, and time management.

Unpacking Shame

March 11, 4-5pm: Moving away from shame toward accountability, ending cancel culture and blame.

The Power of Women's Anger

March 25, 4-5pm: Learn how how women's rage is justified, healthy and a potential catalyst for change.
