Cornell Students Studying at Ithaca

1. Complete the Registration Request form online. Please note that registration for Spring 2023 is closed. Registration for fall 2023 will open on August 1, 2023. Secure any required approval(s) for a prerequisite override, capacity override, or for graduate study and forward emails signaling approval to oes@ithaca.edu. 
    
2. Complete Cornell's CU-IC Exchange Program petition and secure approval signatures.
    
3. Submit the approved Cornell petition to the Ithaca College Office of Extended Studies (OES) by email to oes@ithaca.edu anytime before or during the first week of classes. Official registration for students taking part in the IC-CU Exchange program will happen during the first week of Ithaca College classes on a space-available basis. 
    
4. Once your registration is complete and you've activated your Netpass credentials, you may obtain an I.D. card from the I.D. Office. An I.D. is required in order to register a vehicle to park on the Ithaca College campus, checking books out of the library, and for admission to athletic events and facilities.
    
5. You will be required to upload proof of COVID vaccination before the start of classes. Note that you will receive instructions on how to upload after you've activated your Netpass credentials.
    
6. If you plan to have a vehicle on campus you must register your vehicle with Ithaca College Parking Services. You will need Ithaca College Netpass Username and Password to register your vehicle online. 

How to search IC's course roster.

Ithaca College does not automatically send transcripts to the Cornell University Office of the Registrar. It is the responsibility of the student to request that the transcript be sent once a course is completed and the grade issued.
