Based on the work of Dr. Stephen Covey, the “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” workshop addresses the concept that no organization can truly succeed until individuals within it succeed. The 7 Habits equips employees with the tools and skills to work at the highest levels of effectiveness, both with and through others. Participants can expect to be a part of a learning experience that will strengthen interpersonal relationships; increase focus on organizational priorities; improve effective listening and the identification of student/customer needs; create stronger teams and increase collaboration; and improve individual work/life balance and energy management.
This internationally recognized personal leadership curriculum offers the foundations of the “7 Habits,” how to apply them to both work and personal initiatives, and ways to develop a game plan for individual change.
