If you are returning after a term of suspension, the first step to readmission is to complete the Academic Status Appeal form located at https://ithacaedu.formstack.com/workflows/academic_status_appeals. Please be sure to include an upload of an unofficial transcript with grades posted for the classes you have completed at another institution. The committee will provide additional information regarding the readmission process after your appeal is reviewed.
