To be considered for the Innovation Scholar Program:

1. Apply to Ithaca College to a major offered by the School of Humanities and Sciences (H&S). Students who apply to the Exploratory Program H&S Pathways are also eligible. You may apply to IC via the Common App or via the Coalition for College using the Scior platform.

2. Complete the Innovation Scholar Program application* in IC Connect by December 1, 2025.

* Your first step is to apply to Ithaca College. After you apply to IC, you’ll receive an email inviting you to log in to IC Connect, where you’ll be able to access the Innovation Scholar Program application. You are encouraged to apply to the scholar program before you receive your admission decision from Ithaca College.

Important Dates for Applicants

December 1, 2025 (or earlier): Apply to a major offered by Ithaca College’s School of Humanities & Sciences.

You are encouraged to complete your application the Ithaca College as early as possible so you have time to also complete the Innovation Scholar Program application. 

December 1, 2025 (or earlier): Apply to the Innovation Scholar Program.

Mid-February 2026: Notification of acceptance to the Innovation Scholar Program

March 1, 2026: Deadline to confirm participation in the Innovation Scholar Program
