Ithaca College's Web Team is proud to offer support for content creation within Drupal.

Explore the process to request support for content strategy, information architecture, accessibility, user experience & expectations, and more.

General Support

For quick questions, small fixes, and everyday issues, use the Ithaca.edu and Drupal Support form. This form routes your request directly to the Web Communications team and is the fastest way to get help with things like:

  • a broken link or missing page
  • a request for Drupal access for a new team member
  • a question about Drupal training or analytics
  • a bug or unexpected behavior in the CMS
  • a feature request for the ithaca.edu website

Submit a general support request

Project Requests

For larger or more involved work, email web@ithaca.edu with a brief description of what you need. The Web Communications team will follow up to discuss scope, timeline, and next steps.

Projects typically include work like:

  • reorganizing or remapping the information architecture of a section
  • cleaning up or auditing existing content
  • formatting assistance for a complex or content-heavy section
  • migrating a department site from a platform like Wix or Squarespace to ithaca.edu
  • extended collaboration on a new or redesigned section of the site

If you're not sure whether your need qualifies as a project or a general support request, err on the side of emailing us. We'll help you figure out the right path.
