Use the Ithaca.edu Accessibility Form to tell us about a page, document, or feature that isn't working for you or for someone you support. The form is short and asks only for what we need to start looking: where you ran into the problem and what happened.
Worth reporting:
- text that's hard to read because of color, size, or contrast
- images, charts, or videos missing alternative text or captions
- a page you can't navigate with a keyboard or a screen reader
- a PDF or Word document that doesn't read correctly with assistive technology
- forms, menus, or buttons that don't respond the way you expect
- anything else that makes a page harder to use than it should be
Submitting the form puts your report directly into the Web Communications support queue, so it lands in front of the same people who handle every other web request. We'll confirm we received it, investigate, and follow up with what we found and when you can expect a fix.
If a barrier is preventing you or a student from completing something time-sensitive, mention that in your description so we can prioritize accordingly.
