ICLA Program 

Spend a semester in LA gaining professional experience while taking industry-related courses. Our one-semester internship-based ICLA program is for juniors and seniors who major or minor in communications. ICLA students have interned at major entertainment hubs like Netflix, Viacom, ESPN, Lionsgate, Warner Music Group, and a number of advertising and PR agencies. 

ICNYC Program 

New York City—the bustle, energy, and opportunity at the center of the world is only four hours from Ithaca. In the semester-long ICNYC program, gain access to an exclusive IC database of competitive internships at major entertainment and media powerhouses in the city, where you can get experience in media while taking coursework online or in New York City classrooms. Live and learn among your peers and leading professionals in a major intersection of international culture and commerce.

  • Park Productions - Park’s professional video and film production unit.

Professionals in Residence 

The professionals in residence program features communications professionals, scholars, and entrepreneurs who offer unique perspectives and mentoring. During their extended stay, professionals hold meet and greet sessions, learning lunches, and networking meetings. They might also invite students to screenings and participate in other events on and off campus.
