- Valid Driver's License or other form of government-issued photo ID
- Valid insurance card

Non‑life‑threatening concerns that should be evaluated within 24–48 hours.
Injuries
- Sprains and strains
- Minor cuts or lacerations (possible stitches)
- Minor burns
- Minor head injuries without loss of consciousness
Illnesses
- Cold/flu symptoms
- Sore throat, strep throat
- Sinus infections
- Ear infections
- Pink eye
- UTIs
- Upper respiratory infections
- Bronchitis
- Mild vomiting/diarrhea
- Skin infections (abscesses, cellulitis)
- Rashes
- Mild allergic reactions (no anaphylaxis)
Other
- Fever without severe symptoms
- Mild or moderate asthma flare‑ups
- Animal or insect bites
- Foreign body removal (ear, nose, superficial skin)
Conditions Not Appropriate for this Clinic
Some conditions require emergency care or a scheduled primary or specialty appointment.
Emergencies — Call 911 or go to the ER
- Chest pain or pressure
- Severe shortness of breath
- Symptoms of stroke
- Head injury with loss of consciousness or confusion
- Severe abdominal pain
- Suicidal thoughts or severe psychiatric symptoms
Chronic or Routine Care
- Ongoing management of chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
- Annual physicals or wellness exams
- Medication refills for stable, long‑term conditions
- Specialist referrals
- Mental health therapy
