Pre-Appointment Check-in

The Health Center strongly encourages students to complete the pre-check-in process prior to their appointment.  This will help us prepare for your visit and expedite your check-in at the time of your appointment.

After booking an appointment with the Health Center you will receive a link via text or email. Click on the link and follow the prompts. This process takes about 5 minutes.

Upon arrival to the health center, please stop at the front desk.

Photo ID and Insurance Cards are required for every visit. You can upload them with pre-check-in, email a copy to ichealth@cayugahealth.org or physically bring them to your appointment.

MyChart Portal Access

The Health Center recommends that students activate their MyChart portal. After booking an appointment you will receive a link with portal instructions to either your linked cell phone or email address.

The MyChart portal will allow students easier access to communicate with their provider, review test results, request medication refills and address any other concerns or questions.

Please be advised that the MyChart is different from myICHealth login.
