Verifying Your Insurance Coverage

STEP 1. Please Look at the 2023 Cayuga Health at Ithaca College Participating Insurance List to determine if we participate with your insurance. 

STEP 2. Please contact the customer service number on your insurance card to confirm if you are in or out-out-network. You will refer to us as "Ithaca Medical Services". Our TAX ID number is 862943718.

STEP 3.  Please confirm your deductible and copays. 

Any amount not paid by your insurance is your responsibility.

Important dates:

* July 10th, 2023: Enrollment and Waiver Process Open

* August 10, 2023: First Day of Coverage for Students Enrolled in SHIP for 2023-24

* September 15, 2023: Deadline to Submit Waiver Form to Decline SHIP Coverage.
