Once you call, you will be directed on how to proceed.  The Health Center's front doors are no longer locked due to COVID-19 and students may enter the building upon arrival.  There is no web-booking for appointments available at this time.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to complete check-in requirements. Arriving late to your appointment more than 10 minutes may result in rescheduling.

Pre-Appointment Check-in

The Health Center strongly encourages students to complete the pre-check-in process prior to their appointment.  This will help us prepare for your visit and expedite your check-in at the time of your appointment.

After booking an appointment with the Health Center you will receive a link via text or email. Click on the link and follow the prompts. This process takes about 5 minutes.

If you have completed pre-check-in prior to your appointment, upon arrival please stop at the front desk.

If you have NOT completed pre-check-in prior to your appointment, upon arrival please complete check-in at the kiosks in the waiting area. Then stop at the front desk.

Photo ID and Insurance Cards are required for every visit. Please upload them with pre-check-in or physically bring them to your appointment.

Medent Patient Portal

The Health Center strongly encourages student to activate their Medent Patient Portal after their first visit at the clinic. Portal activation instructions will be provided at visit.

Medent Patient Portal will allow students easier access to communicate with their provider, review test results, request medication refills and address any other concerns or questions.

Please be advised that the Medent Patient Portal is different from myICHealth login.
