To conduct a risk assessment for a proposed event, complete the Event Risk Assessment form at least 30 days before your event. Please be comprehensive and descriptive with your responses in order to expedite the process. Risk Management and Public Safety will review your event details and contact you to discuss it further. If there will be an agreement or contract associated with this event please refer to the Ithaca College Contract Policy.
- If you are an OSE Recognized Student Organization who is hosting an event that involves risk, please schedule a meeting with Mary Holland-Bavis, Associate Director of Student Involvement. To schedule a meeting, contact OSE at email@example.com or (607) 274-3222. During the meeting, Mary will review the risk and assist with the completion of the form.
