Medical Plans:
- Choice POS II, HDHP Blue, & Gold Plans
- Gold Plan Coinsurance: Increased from 15% to 20%
- Out-of-Network Deductibles: Increased to $7,500 (from $5,000) for single and $15,000 (from $10,000) for family
- Out-of-Pocket Maximums (OOPM): Increased to $15,000 (from $10,000) for single and $30,000 (from $20,000) for family
- Choice POS II Plan
- In-Network OOPM: Increased to $6,000 (from $5,000) for singles and $12,000 (from $10,000) for family
- ER & Urgent Care: Now “Deductible first, then 15% coinsurance”
- Out-of-Network Deductibles & OOPM: Same increases as above
Telemedicine Transition:
- Moving from Teladoc to CVS Health Virtual Care
- CVS 24/7 Care:
- Virtually connect with a licensed provider for minor illnesses and injuries
- Virtual mental health services for adults and children age 13 and up
- CVS Virtual Care: General medical visits at $55; mental health visits range from $85 (therapy) to $215 (initial psychiatric assessment)

Pharmacy & RX Updates:
- Aetna remains the carrier. There will be a change to the Prescription Drug Formulary beginning January 1, 2026. Members impacted by this change will be notified on or around November 1st, to ensure continuity of care for January 1, 2026.
Employee Contributions:
- Blue HDHP: No employee contribution increases
- Gold HDHP & POS II Plan: There will be increases to both of these plans
- Dental Plans: On average, employee contributions will increase by less than $5 per paycheck
Ancillary Changes:
- There will be no increase to the Vision & Life Insurance plans for 2026
- Ithaca College will continue to pay the full premium for enhanced short-term disability and long-term disability
