Only students who are registered with SAS and have been granted notetaking/class notes as an accommodation may request a peer notetaker. Please contact SAS if you are unsure of whether this applies to you.
Complete the Notetaker Request Form once for every class for which you are requesting a notetaker. Be sure to read carefully and include as much information as possible. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the processing of your request.
