Use of Teladoc

In light of our goal to support the health and well-being of our employees and their family members, we are removing barriers to care and offering the following services for those enrolled in one of the college’s medical plans:

  • Through May 31, 2020, there will be no co-pay for telemedicine visits for any reason in order to limit potential exposure in physician offices.
  • IC will also waive co-pays for all diagnostic testing related to COVID-19. This covers the test kit for patients who meet CDC guidelines for testing, which can be done in any Aetna-approved laboratory location.

Employee Assistance Program

Employees are encouraged to contact the college's Employee Assistance Program at 800-327-2255 or utilize online/over-the-phone resources for help with the following:

  • Counseling for feelings of stress or anxiety about these events
  • Research for for detailed information about COVID-19
  • Personal Assistant Services for help with child/elder care resources
  • And much more
