Change in Circumstance
Use this form to communicate significant financial changes. New students can find their ID number on their aid package. This form must be started by the student and they will designate a contributor to send it to.
Appeal of IC Fees
Use this form if you would like to request an exception to IC fee policies. This form must be completed by the student as it requires a log in.
