Pro Tips:

  • Shooting in an IC dorm, IC classroom, IC parking lot or IC green space, etc.? Use the ON-CAMPUS FORM.
  • Shooting in a local cafe, public street, the Commons, restaurant, a public park or private residence, etc.? Use the OFF-CAMPUS FORM.
  • Need a Certificate of Insurance (COI)? Be sure to note insurance requirements.  If a location requires "Additional Insured" status immediately notify the Dean’s Office, as this will require a contract/agreement that can take up to 4 weeks. (COI's are only applicable for Off-Campus shoots.)
