Pro Tips:
- Shooting in an IC dorm, IC classroom, IC parking lot or IC green space, etc.? Use the ON-CAMPUS FORM.
- Shooting in a local cafe, public street, the Commons, restaurant, a public park or private residence, etc.? Use the OFF-CAMPUS FORM.
- Need a Certificate of Insurance (COI)? Be sure to note the insurance requirements page. Tip: If a location requires "Additional Insured" status immediately notify the Dean’s Office, as this will require a contract/agreement that can take up to 4 weeks.
